Can I buy your products in-person?
Yes! I attend Markets and Events in the Perth area, with a goal of traveling throughout Australia in the future. You can see my upcoming events on my Events Page or my Instagram.
Are your stickers waterproof?
My die-cut stickers are laminated with UV & water resistant protective laminate. While they are considered to be dishwasher safe and able to stand exposure to the sun, it is still recommended to err on the side of caution with your items.
My sticker sheets are unfortunately not waterproof and are recommended for use in craft hobbies like journals and scrapbooking.
Who made your products?
Everything in my shop is designed by me, a 100% human individual, and almost everything in my shop is made by my own two hands. A large portion of my products are homemade, including notepads, bookmarks, stickers and sticker sheets.
Items that I cannot physically produce myself are sourced and manufactured externally, but all items are meticulously inspected and hand packed by me before they are shipped out.
I will always indicate if an item is handmade or manufactured.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
We offer change-of-mind exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please visit my Refund Policy for more information.
If your item is defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I'll help in every way I can.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from my home studio in Perth, Australia.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for Domestic Australian orders over $100 AUD.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We do our best to be accessible to everyone across the globe. We also do our best to be completely transparent with Tariffs, VAT and Taxes that may be applicable to your locations before you buy.
I need to change/cancel my order
If you require any changes to your order including change of shipping address, or if you'd like to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP with your order number at contact@tigermelon.shop. If your order has not yet shipped, I should be able to assist.
Unfortunately once your order has been shipped I am unable to cancel or make any changes.
