How can I provide feedback?

We welcome any and all constructive feedback! While we work on a formal feedback form, please feel free to reach out via email, instagram or facebook.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed and shipped from my home studio in Perth, Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for Domestic orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. It is something that we are looking into for the future.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be packed and despatched on our next available courier run. We despatch every Monday. Once despatched, please allow up to 15 business days for your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within the above timeframe please contact me!

I made a mistake! Can I change or cancel my order?

If you require any changes to your order including change of shipping address, or if you'd like to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP with your order number at contact@tigermelon.shop. If your order has not yet shipped, I should be able to assist. Unfortunately once your order has been shipped I am unable to cancel or make any changes.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer change-of-mind exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please visit my Refund Policy for more information. If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I'll help in every way I can. Please keep in mind that all products are handmade. Small imperfections are signs that the product was lovingly made by hand and are not considered faults or damages.

Where are your products made / manufactured?

The majority of my products are made by me, in my home studio! There are a few products that are outsourced. There will always be clear indication on the product description as to where the product was manufactured.

Can I buy your products in-person?

Yes! I attend a variety of local markets and events around Perth. You can see where I'll be next on my events page.
